
Hello, and welcome to Patch Update 17! My name’s Jo, and I’ll be your Patch Update captain today (and in the future). Your update today includes some fun Daggerheart updates and some small bug fixes!
Special Releases
In addition to the below fixes, we have two major updates going out at the same time.
Daggerheart: Void #2
New playtest content for Daggerheart is available in our Void #2 release! Playtest the Witch class with Hedge and Moon subclasses, and the Assassin class with Executioner’s Guild and Poisoner’s Guild subclasses! This Void edition also includes six new ancestries (Earthkin
Tidekin, Emberkin, Skykin, Aetheris, and Gnome) and six new communities (Duneborne, Freeborne, Frostborne, Hearthborne, Reborne, and Warborne) for all your playtesting needs.
Daggerheart: Age of Umbra Adversaries
This new collection is filled with adversaries that were built specifically for Critical Role’s Age of Umbra miniseries run by Matt Mercer! Each adversary has two versions: one designed for a particularly deadly campaign with a large party, and one version modified for a more standard campaign.
Patch Notes
Avatar Legends
- The images for NPC Legends were missing from Appendix B in Republic City, but they are now appearing correctly
Cosmere
- Radiant Shardblade is now correctly adjusting the weapon skill when changing the weapon type
- One of the Game Master dialogue paragraphs was duplicated in Chapter 12 of the Stormlight Handbook. The example Game Master is no longer repeating themself!
- Grandbow range is now listed correctly as 200/800 rather than null/null
- Vision Void talent has been corrected to require either of the possible prerequisite talents instead of both
Cyberpunk RED
- Monofilament Cyberarm cyberware was being automatically added at excellent quality, and is now being correctly added at average quality (no free upgrades in Night City!)
Daggerheart
- There was a brief blip where PDF export for characters was not working. That got all fixed up, so if you were affected, all your exports should be exporting normally again!
- Curved Dagger is no longer applying an extra 8 damage on attacks
- Bear adversary no longer has a mysterious < in its text
Pathfinder 2E
- Voluminous Vials feat is now correctly increasing your versatile vials rather than your potion count
- The missing “r” in “reshape” for the Witchwarper’s character builder description has now returned
Starfinder 2E
- Dragonkin Weapon Familiarity feat is no longer referencing playtest content
- Psychic Master shirren feat is now using its own Psychic Talent as a prerequisite, rather than the lashunta’s Psychic Talent
- Envoy, Mystic, Operative, Solarian, Soldier, and Witchwarper dedication feats are now using the correct attribute numbers for their prerequisites
