
Hello everyone, and happy holidays! This is our final Patch Update of the year, so I hope you have a great time celebrating, and I’ll see you in 2026! In the meantime, we’ve got a nice bunch of fixes for you, as well as tons of other releases going out this week before we take our end of the year break!

New Releases
Yesterday, Heroes of the Borderlands and Welcome to the Hellfire Club released on D&D NEXUS!
This morning, we released the Settler’s Guide Book on Fallout NEXUS!
I can’t spoil TOO much, but we’ve definitely got a couple more goodies coming yet this week so keep your eyes peeled for some Paizo NPC releases, as well as some more book releases!!
Patch Notes
Cosmere
- Fixed an issue occasionally preventing you from rolling dice from adversary sheets in a Roll20 game
Cyberpunk RED
- The Fixer is no longer missing the “What’s Your Office Like?” question from their lifepath
- Medscanner now adds its +2 bonus to Paramedic
- Backup Drive and Krash Barrier now each take two Cyberdeck slots
- Fashionware now uses your Fashion budget
- Silencer attachment now counts toward your total attachments
- Broken Leg critical injury now applies the correct penalty
- Kang Tao L-69 Zhuo now uses the correct damage for shell ammo
Daggerheart
- Blood Hunter’s Crimson Rite feature now has a usable button to mark 1 HP
- Added item quantity to the equipment tab
DC20
- Ancestral Divine Order now provides the correct traits for selection
- The Doomed condition now reduces your current and maximum HP
Fallout
- The Vault Jumpsuit’s unique mods now appear when modding the jumpsuit
Pathfinder 2e
- Pearl Dragonet now longer has extra text in the middle of its description
- Added the bloodlines for all the different dragon types from Lost Omens: Draconic Codex to the Sorcerer class
- Dragonscaled Kobold feats are now only selectable by a Dragonscaled Kobold
- Updated naming consistency for some class features
- Some tooltips were missing their styles! Those have now been restored
- Fixed a scrolling issue affecting side drawers in the character sheet
- Removed a white bar floating at the top of NPC sheets
- Flashy Disappearance now displays the correct action cost
- Fixed an issue preventing you from selecting a level one skill feat for a rogue
Vampire: the Masquerade
- Bolt Holes coterie merit now allows you to select more than one dot
- Added an option to make your Rouse Checks using Hunger dice rather than standard dice so that it’s more obvious when you roll a 1
General Demiplane
- Fixed a typo affecting Rolemaster Unified in our game systems list
